Designed by celebrated desert modernist William F. Originally conceived in 1963 as a Spanish Ranch home for developer Filmore Crank and actress Beverly Garland, the residence was completed in 1964 for Paula Vickers Petrie and Jack Petrie in the original Desert Bel Air Estates.

The home has since been thoughtfully reimagined through a midcentury-modern lens while preserving important elements of Cody's original design.
